ClinLens: Towards Long-Horizon Coding Agents for Longitudinal Multimodal Clinical Data Science

We introduce CLINLENS, a benchmark of 200 executable tasks over five linked MIMIC resources spanning structured electronic health records, notes, electrocardiograms, chest radiographs, and echocardiograms.
