DisasterTD: Disaster Toponym Disambiguation Using Multimodal LLMs and Cross-View Geolocalization

Unlike satellite or aerial imagery, SMI can capture disaster impacts and ground-level conditions in a timely manner. However, geographic references in SMI are often vague or ambiguous, making accurate geolocalization challenging.
