MulRobBench: A Decision-Level Benchmark for Safe and Security-Policy-Compliant Multimodal UAV Agents

Existing UAV and multimodal benchmarks evaluate perception, navigation, collaboration, and reasoning, but few assess whether physical evidence, protocol constraints, and action risk remain coupled during critical decisions.
