Quality Action Assurance: Multimodal Verification of Examiner Claims in VR OSCEs

Standard examiner validation via inter-rater statistics lacks explanatory power regarding the source of errors, as it neither analyzes examiner reasoning nor verifies examiner claims against actual events.
