Autonomous mechanistic discovery of colorectal cancer vulnerabilities via multi-scale AI swarms

While recent multi-agent frameworks have achieved autonomous hypothesis generation and in vitro experimental analysis, they lack the mathematically grounded, causal constraints required for multi-scale clinical translation.
