ULTRADISCOVERY: Abductive Exploration in an Interconnected, Epistemically Open Universe

Such abductive exploration can require constructing the representation in which an explanation is stated, when the world is epistemically open, and composing evidence scattered across contexts, when it is structurally interconnected.
