QuPAINT: Physics-Aware Multimodal Reasoning for Quantum Material Characterization

However, models face synthetic-to-real domain shifts and variation across materials, substrates, laboratories, and imaging conditions. We present QuPAINT, a physics-aware multimodal framework for transferable quantum flake characterization.
